Town of Malta customers: The residential usage rate is approximately $0.65 per 1,000 gallons higher to account for taxes and costs associated with operation of Malta Water District #1.
Commercial Usage
Commercial customers are billed $4.35 per 1,000 gallons plus the applicable basic service charge.
Commercial Sub-Metered Irrigation
- 0–80,000 gallons: no usage charge.
- 80,001 gallons and above: $4.35 per 1,000 gallons.
Commercial Irrigation Connected Directly to the Main
- 0–80,000 gallons: $4.35 per 1,000 gallons.
- 80,001 gallons and above: $8.06 per 1,000 gallons.
