Use CPWA’s online payment portal or review other payment options. The new WIPP portal supports account access, usage information, one-time payments, and registered user accounts.
Processing fees: online ACH/e-check and card payments may include processor fees. For questions, call CPWA at 518-383-1122.
Online Portal
Customers can use the WIPP portal for secure online account access and payment processing.
Account PIN
Customers need the PIN shown on the quarterly bill to link their account to the online portal.
ACH Reminder
Customers enrolled in traditional ACH should not also pay through the online portal to avoid duplicate payment.
