- If your previous water billing account number had preceding zeros, it will now be numbers only. For example, #001230-01 becomes 1230-1 and account #000123 becomes 123-0.
- The new online bill-pay portal provides 24/7 access to view real-time account details, track water consumption, and pay your bill online.
- To link your account to the new portal, use the unique PIN found in the top-left section of your new quarterly bill. If you do not know your PIN, call CPWA at 518-383-1122.
Online Payments
The new Web Integrated Payment Processing (WIPP) portal supports one-time quick payments using your account number and PIN, as well as registered accounts that can save accounts, store payment methods, and schedule payments.
Processing fees are $1.95 for electronic checks (online ACH) and 2.95% for credit or debit card transactions. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Existing ACH Customers
All customers must register for a new online portal account. If your account is already enrolled in ACH Direct Withdrawal, do not also pay through the WIPP portal because this can result in a double charge.
The traditional ACH Direct Withdrawal program remains free. To enroll, complete the ACH Direct Withdrawal authorization form and return it to CPWA at 661 Clifton Park Center Road, PO Box 1446, Clifton Park, NY 12065.
